MHP Summer Class Offerings 

Strength and Conditioning Classes

 

These classes will focus on improving athleticism through strength and conditioning. Our trainers will help athletes maximize their potential through specific exercises to improve power, strength and speed. 

  • Monday and Wednesday 12-1pm

  • Ages 12-18

  • Classes run July 11th – July 27th 6 sessions for $99 or $20 for drop in sessions.

Speed and Strength Classes

These classes will focus on improving speed, quickness, and agility through specific drills and exercises. Our trainers will teach athletes how to get faster and move more efficiently to improve explosiveness in all planes of movement. 

  • Tuesday and Thursday 12pm-1pm

  • Ages 12-18

  • Classes run July 12th – July 28th 6 sessions for $99 or $20 for drop in sessions.

Athletic Development Classes

These classes focus on improving athletic development through age appropriate strengthening exercises and speed and agility drills. Our trainers work with the athletes to teach them how to become more athletic by teaching them how to move more effectively to enhance power, speed and strength. 

  • Monday and Wednesday 5:30-6:30pm

  • Ages 8-12

  • Classes run July 11th – July 27th 6 sessions for $99 or $20 for drop in sessions.
