The Goal of The Lab 

The Lab is here to push athletes to become stronger and well rounded, while teaching them the proper form and techniques to keep them safe & avoiding injuries while playing.In the Lab, we will work on all forms of athletic abilities; strength, speed, agility, balance as well as conditioning.

The training will increase an athlete’s coordination, reaction time, and body control. While increasing their self-esteem and personal confidence.

Youth Class Schedule

Starting in November we will offer classes Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 5:30 & running every 45 minutes

Group or Team Rates:

We offer group or team rates, with a variety of times and days. Although we here at The Courthouse, are focused on basketball and volleyball, The Lab reaches all athletes no matter the age, size or ability. As well as all sports. Our well-trained staff can custom design a training regimen for your team, no matter the sport.

Adult Boot Camp 

Our adult boot camp classes combine strength and cardio exercises for a full body burn.  You can expect to use a variety of equipment including TRX suspension systems, kettle bells, medicine ball slams, stability balls, battle ropes, resistance bands and so much more.  Classes are geared to adults ages 18 and over.  All ability levels welcome.

Brian Harris, AKA Coach B, is originally from Fenton, Michigan.   After high school he attended Central Michigan University where he completed his Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science.  Throughout his time at Central Michigan he became obsessed with human performance.  Constantly wanting to learn more and grow as a professional, he decided to move to South Florida.  This is where is career began to take shape.  Involved in several different gyms where he trained youth, collegiate, and professional athletes, Coach B was living his dream.  Soon he became the head Strength and Conditioning Coach at American Top team, one of the top mixed martial arts gyms in the world.  Along with helping collegiate athletes prepare for the NFL combine, track and field athletes prepping for the Olympics, coaching UFC and Bellator champions, and being nominated for a coaching award in the MMA community, are just a few of his accomplishments.  What he takes pride in the most is the positive impact he makes on any athlete he works with.  Brian is excited to help the development of youth athletes here at the courthouse!  He currently lives in Caledonia with his wife Sonni, daughter Reva, and dog Fenton.
