MHP Fall Class Offerings
Middle School Speed/Agility/Strength Training Classes
These classes are designed for athletes in grades 6-8 who are looking to improve their speed, quickness, mobility, and strength. The classes are age appropriate for this age group focusing on improving movement patterns.
9/7-10/14 Tuesdays/Thursdays 5-6pm
Cost for the 6 week class is $240 or $25 for drop in sessions

High School Speed/Agility/Strength Training Classes
These classes are designed for athletes grade 9-12 who want to improve their speed, quickness, mobility, and strength. This class is similar to the middle school classes but involve more advanced lifting. Our trainers put a lot of emphasis on correct lifting techniques to ensure a safe and effective program that will maximize your athletes potential.
9/7-10/14 Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-7pm

Jump Training
Are you looking to improve your vertical? Check out this 6 week jump training class. This class is designed to increase explosive strength and power. Vertical will be measured every 2 weeks of the program.
9/6-10/13 Mondays and Wednesdays 6-7pm
