MHP Fall Class Offerings 

                       Baseball Conditioning Class
This is a 5 week program designed to improve your child’s athletic performance in baseball by focusing on mobility, strength, speed, and explosiveness. Baseball is unique because it is a rotational sport which requires a different program than most court or field sports. This program will begin with a half hour assessment of each athlete where we will determine the individual strengths and deficits of each athlete. We have combined information from the best baseball strength training programs to develop systems that works for every level, from young baseball players to high school players. We are limiting spots to keep the program highly individual.

Dates: Mon & Wed Sept 12th -Oct 12th  

  • Ages 14-18 3:30pm-4:30pm 

  • Ages 10-13 4:30pm-5:30pm

Cost: $250 
- Assessments will be scheduled the week before the program begins. -

                      Strength/Speed Training Class
This is a 5 week program designed to improve strength, speed, and agility. The class will combine the elements that create greater speed in an athlete. Our coaches will have the participants focus on drills and exercises that work to improve overall athleticism. These classes will be offered twice a week for 5 weeks. Athletes will be tested at the beginning and end of the program to measure improvement. We are limiting spots to keep the program small enough to offer a highly individual program for each athlete.

Dates: Tue & Thu Sept 13th – Oct 13th

  • Middle and High School athletes 3:30pm-4:30pm

Cost: $200 or drop in $25/session
