Small Group Training

Our small group training is designed for players looking to improve their individual skills through small 
group, high intensity workouts.  This includes ball-handling drills, off the dribble moves, finishing around 
the basket, and shooting instruction with a mix of defensive and conditioning drills.   
This program runs in perpetuity, but is broken down into seasonal sessions.  It is targeted at players 5th 
grade and above, but is broken down by age within classes.

 
Winter 2024  

Dates: Jan 8 - Mar 28 (12 weeks) 
Boys: Mon/Wed  3:45p - 5:15p  

Girls: Tue/Thu  3:45 - 5:15 
Cost: Winter Membership $395 / 8 classes - $200 / Drop In: $30/class
