We offer a complete fitness center with a wide variety of equipment to promote health and well-being in a family-friendly atmosphere.  

Our facility includes:

• A cardio room offering treadmills, elliptical trainers, arc trainers, stationary and recumbent bicycles. 

• A weight room with top-of-the-line Matrix equipment and a wide assortment of free weights.  

A complete fitness equipment orientation is provided with the purchase of a membership.  To schedule an orientation, please stop by the membership counter.
