The Courthouse Athletic Center in Kalamazoo is partnering with MHP Coaching* to enhance our customer’s fitness center experience.  We offer a complete fitness center with a wide variety of equipment to promote health and well-being in a family-friendly atmosphere.

Our Facility Includes:

• A cardio room offering treadmills, elliptical trainers, arc trainers, stationary and recumbent bicycles. 

• A weight room with top-of-the-line Matrix equipment and a wide assortment of free weights.

Membership Options:

1. $40/month [additional family members $25/month 1st person, $15/month second person]

2. $80/month family memberships

Complimentary Consultation:

All current and future members of the CHAC gym will receive a free half hour consult by one of MHP Coaching’s exercise specialists.  Benefits of a consultation include:  

• Maximize your goals by making sure the correct muscles are firing (burn more calories with every workout)
