MHP Coaching* is proud to partner with The Courthouse Athletic Center of Kalamazoo to offer fitness classes for athletes ages 12-18 that cover speed, agility and strength to help propel athletes to the next level! All classes will be led by an expert who understands how to help improve the athleticism of young athletes.

Session Dates:  January 19 - February 27 (6 weeks, Monday-Thursday)

Session Times:  4-5pm
Registration Options: 

• All Access Pass - $180/player

  • Attend any of the classes offered for six weeks.

  • Prorated rates available for athletes joining late. See front desk for late registration and payment. 

• Daily Drop In Rate - $20/player
